学習塾を経営する会社が丹波市で有機農業事業を始めて7年目。
理系・文系・理系の元塾講師陣と野菜担当の四人で
少しずつ地元の方の信頼と共に農地を広げ、現在合計で60箇所。お米だけでも4町(12000坪)を守っておられます。
「今は椎茸しか・・」ください!無いのなら、季節とどうやって仲良くしようか考えます。
そして 「旬を閉じ込めている」乾物が食卓を助けてくれます。
初めての会はノーゲスト!
三尾山のふもとでの出会いに感謝を込め、スタッフだけのために作ります。
乾物。出汁の香りに漆の器。興味津々。
ジェインが言いました。
「日本に来て一か月半、初めてちゃんとしたゴハン食べました。お母さんが作ってくれたみたい。」
ゆっくり、伝えていこう。そう決めた日。

It's been 7 years since a company that runs cram schools started an organic farming business in Tamba.
A group of former science, humanities, and science cram school lecturers teamed up with a produce supervisor
and little by little the 4 of them have expanded their operations with the trust of local people. Today there are 60 locations.
There are nearly 4 hectares of rice alone.
We think about how to get along with the seasons.
Dried goods that symbolize the end of a season bring diversity to the table.
No guests at the first meeting!
To commemorate the meeting at the base of Mt. Mitsuo, this was made for staff only.
Dried goods. Lacquered bowls and the smell of dashi broth. Deep interest.
Jane said the following:
"It's been a month and half since I came to Japan, and this is the first time I've had great food. I want my mom to make it for me."
Getting the message out little by little. The day that was decided.
